Acceptable Use Policy

Use photos you have permission to use

• Upload your own photos, or photos of people who have clearly agreed to appear in a Hotel Lobby AI, Bulin 47 AI or zombie couple video.
• For Bulin 47 AI videos, upload a photo of yourself or of an adult who agreed. Do not use it to put celebrities, footballers, politicians or other public figures into the clip.
• For zombie couple videos, both people must be adults who agreed to be shown, including as a zombie. Do not use it to frighten, mock or shame someone who did not agree.
• Do not upload photos you found online, took without permission, or that belong to someone else.
• Pets and original characters you created are welcome. Do not use characters, mascots or logos owned by others.

Not allowed

• Photos of anyone under 18.
• Photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures, or anyone you are trying to imitate.
• Sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
• Content meant to harass, bully, shame, threaten or intimidate anyone.
• Hateful content that targets people for who they are.
• Deceptive impersonation, fake endorsements, scams, misinformation or anything meant to make people believe a real event happened.
• Violent, graphic or illegal content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Trying to break, overload, scrape or get around the limits or security of the service.

When you post your video

Follow the rules of the platform where you share it, including any rules about labeling AI-generated content. Do not present the video as a real recording or as content from the original artists.

Videos are marked as AI-generated in their file metadata. Do not remove that marking.

How we enforce this

Every generation runs through our AI provider’s safety filters, which refuse or block content such as sexual material and well-known public figures. We review reports and takedown requests by hand, and we may refuse photos, stop a generation, block access or report illegal content where the law requires it. These filters cannot catch everything, and ticking the permission box does not mean we have verified your photos — you remain responsible for what you upload.

If a generation is blocked after credits were used, the credits are returned once, automatically, as described in our Refund Policy. Repeated or serious misuse may lead to access being restricted.

If you believe a video made with this service uses your image without permission or breaks these rules, or you hold rights in a trend or recording this service refers to, contact us using the details below and tell us what you found. We review takedown requests promptly.
